The second phase of Delta iPort is currently under construction with completion scheduled for October 1, 2019. Comprising 484,920 square feet, this tier-1 distribution centre offers a double-load design and flexible demising options. Building 2 can accommodate a single tenant or multiple tenants with either single load or flow-through, transload configurations. Up to four separate tenants will be provided with secured, 183’ loading courts with ample trailer storage. Employee parking is conveniently located adjacent to planned office areas.
Building 2 will be available for occupancy October 1, 2019
Building features include:
$10.50 per square foot per annum on a shell basis.
Budgeted at $3.25 per square foot for 2019 on a fully tax assessed basis.
